Chelsea is a Registered Psychotherapist who enjoys working with school-aged children, teens and adults to help build healthy relationships and minds. Her eclectic therapeutic style includes multiple evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Chelsea’s practice is trauma-informed and incorporates aspects from positive psychology, self-compassion, attachment theory, and mindfulness. Chelsea is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, a specialized brain-based modality designed to heal the nervous system’s response to distressing memories and traumatic events.
